How pricing works: Displayed prices are starting rates. Mid-tier brands (Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Bosch) and hi-end brands (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Viking) are priced accordingly. Final monthly rate is confirmed after a free in-home inspection. Price is locked for 12 months from activation.
Subscription covers labor and semi-annual preventive maintenance visits. Parts billed per written estimate. 15-day waiting period from activation. First & last month collected at enrollment (last month applied to final month β not an extra fee).β Early cancellation subject to $99 early termination fee.β β Full terms in Service Agreement provided before signing.
